"Someday, I'll Share These Gorgeous Flower Photos"
This may have to be a repeating series!
I intended to start off your Monday morning with these beautiful irises from my backyard, but here it is afternoon already. Better late than never, and it’s still Monday, right? Anything to distract me from the post I’m supposed to be writing, the dreaded Spring Cleaning Part Three. Unfortunately, I have to DO some things before I write the post, so here we are with a bonus flower post instead! Isn’t procrastination grand?
Look at these beauties:

When I went out this morning, before the thunderstorm, I was going to cut some of these to enjoy inside, because, well, just look at them:
But when I went back out to cut them, the bumblebee below was enjoying them, so I left them all. I have some video, but I don’t know how to edit it, so you’re getting a blurry screenshot. The second photo is from the dining room window, through the blinds, as I’ll be enjoying them from inside, this way, instead of cutting them down. Gotta leave ‘em for the bees!

Last picture, and if you look in background, you can see the beginnings of what will be some striking red poppies in a couple of weeks. They usually bloom around my birthday and I’ll definitely share photos when they make their grand entrance.
Hope these photos brightened up your Monday! What’s happening in your backyards/gardens/neighborhoods? Feel free to share pictures of what’s blooming near you, or something you snapped in the past and meant to share, but haven’t yet. Post it on Notes and tag me. Let’s give each other some flowers!
